I saw this the other day with a bunch of my military friends. They said it was very accurate to how they feel upon returning home from war. It really moved me in certain parts, but Toby Maguire looked a little uncomfortable and awkward playing a father, but did wonderful as a Marine.
The only part that makes it "bad" was that it moved through to him going to war and the incident very quickly, and some parts were very slow.
Other than that, it was a great movie.
