Breeders in Canada and Michigan

I have someone looking for info on breeders in Canada (where she is from Windsor, Ontario) and Michigan (where she travels often). Can someone help me help her?? Thank you very, very much!!!!!
She is looking to get a female white mosaic chinchilla or a white ebony chinchilla with black eyes, not red from a breeder!

We are in Houghton Lake Michigan and have them available most of the time. I may also be down to Ann Arbor the Sunday after this Sunday.
