Biting?

My chin Loki is really nice most of the time. He lets me pet him and take him out of the cage. He likes (or at least seems to) being held. Sometimes though if I put my hand in his cage he will hold it and then try nibbling on it... does he not like me? I'm confused on this because he is usually quite nice to me other than this.

Yep, light nibbling is a good thing! If they grab a hold of you with more pressure, then that's more of a warning. Obviously if they break skin, then that's no good.

ok thank you. he usually doesn't bite me too hard. sometimes he smells my hand and bites softly so that's good.
