Best way to find a breeder?

I've tried googling chin breeders, but all I can find are people selling their pets online. I'm looking for a black female kit that I could get in the middle/end of June, in Kentucky or southern Ohio. Any tips on how to find a breeder in my area, or if you are one in this area, can you help me? Thanks!
