Best way to dry fur?

One of my chins got a patch of fur wet, all the way to the root of the fur.

He took a dust bath and then I noticed the wetness. There were hard clumps of wet fur with the dust caked in it.

I already tried to resolve the issue, but I was wondering, what would you do in this situation?

I personally would towel dry the area and let in dry from there.

Where and why is it wet?

If it's a large area you can use a blower dryer on the "cool" setting... if it's a small area I wouldn't worry too much.

It is a small area. I think he pushed up against his water bottle when he was excited and it got wet that way

our chin gets a lil drop or two on her as well from her bottle or from playtime in the bathroom. it usually takes care of itself
