Bass equipment pans

What is the deepest plastic abs pan anyone has ordered? I'm looking to get one from bass that's at least 4 inches deep for my ferret nation. I want to call them, but I thought I'd ask first, the other time I called I got a lady that was super crabby.

I believe if you call the CA store you can order 5 inch pans.

Really? I just called the lady in MO, and she said they can add a 1/2 inch making them 3 inches tall but I need something deeper than that. 5 inches would be really nice. Metal or plastic actually. lol

I think the MO office has to give you the CA number but they can do it. I think its like $5-10 extra per pan to make them 5 inches.

The Bass location in California can make pans up to 4 inches. They can't go any higher though and other locations do not have the equipment to go higher than 2".

The 5" pans are available through Grandview Rabbitry in Canada.

Yeah, you have to call California and they made mine 4". Not sure I would want 5" deep pans, it would look like a chinchilla puppet show in there!:hilarious:

Yeah, my bad..Bass can only make up to 4 inch pans. I thought 5" sounded a bit deep...sorry

I called and ordered today and they told me the largest you can order is 3 inches... if they are wrong do you have a number to the cali store since they are the ones who will be making my pans anyways?

When I called the CA store I asked for 4" and they told me that it's not *quite* 4" but it's as close as they can get to 4". My almost-4-inch Bass pan works pretty nicely at keeping shavings in, and I think it was under $30 since I think I paid $35-40 when shipping was included.

Hang on, does Bass MAKE ABS plastic pans??? I think they only make metal pans, right?
And you really wouldn't want ABS plastic anyway; although it is a bit harder than regular plastic, it's still chewable.
