Baby With bump on back leg

Any experienced chin owners can tell me what this is and what I should do? Sorry this is the best pic I could get but I just got a little ebony male and notice he has a bump on his back right leg like knee area?

I can't tell you what it is, the picture is too blurry. It could be an abscess or something...or a broken bone? I can't tell...the best thing to do would be to take him to the vet to have it looked over.

I'll try to get a better picI just got him today the breeder said he did not notice it before and said that the little guy may have injured he leg jumping around and may have pulled a muscle he offered to take him back and refund but I may take him to vet.

It looks kinda like an abscess. The little guy needs a vet ASAP. It could be infected and/or causing him considerable discomfort.

Well you might want to trade him back to the breeder. Otherwise vet check for sure. Hopefully its just scar tissue but only someone with experience can diagnose it.

If you do take him to the vet (and he needs a vet), see if the breeder will reimburse you for the costs incurred (as the breeder would have to take him to a vet anyways if you returned him). Or, if you can return the chin to the breeder until he is in proper health, then bring him back into your care afterwards?
