I gor my little girlie, Ayla, home on Thursday - she is precious!!
Ayla was one of 3 babies born to a first-time mom chin. In her zeal to get the babies clean, she accidentally chewed the tails off of Ayla and her brother, leaving only a small "docked" tail. It resembles a rabbit tail! It is all Ayla has known, and her balance is not affected at all. I am getting used to her little "bunny butt" and to me, she is beautiful!
She is getting the lay of the land in her cage, and goes easily from the floor up the ramp to the shelf (it is a FN cage, single). I know she has been ALL over the cage, but - I have seen little change in the level of the water bottle? I have even put her nose to it, but she seems disinterested. Should I be concerned?
