Any ideas for a name?

I'm getting a chin in about two months or so and can't figure out a name for her!

I am getting a female chin. She is going to be a somewhere between a light gray and a violet.

Any suggestions? Nothing is coming to me.

i say decide on a name once you have a chance to see your chin's personality come through. might mean calling her 'hey you' for a few days, lol, but that way her name will suit her to a T.

my Rhino came with his name, and i considered changing it, but he was quite responsive to his name, and it's pretty darn cute, so i decided he could stay as a Rhino )

All of mine came with their names. We wanted to call Chinchy Manatee and Manny for short (since I think chinchilla kinda look like furry versions of manatees) but the crappy name stuck.

I do think it's a good idea to wait until you have your chin to name it.

There are always the coloring=based names - Ghost, Misty, Foggy, Graycie, Silver, etc. - but it is best to wait until you see her and meet here - you wouldn't want to decide on the name "Ghost" for example, and end up with a bold, outgoing chin more akin to a poltergeist!
