I'm getting extremely frustrated with my chinchilla. I've owned Cloud for about 2 years now. I just recently moved into a new apartmen a month ago. He is being really obnoxious. Turning his house upside down. Pulling his water bottle off the holder. Pulling his wheel off the cage. And turning his food bowl upside down and dumping all of the food out. I just don't know how to stop him and don't know if he is mad or what. Please help. Thanks.

Hang a feeder on the side of the cage. A wheel that doesn't mount to the side of the cage is not safe for a chin to use. Get one that mounts and he won't be able to pull it over. The water bottle should be on the outside of the cage (if it isn't) and that will stop him from pulling it over.

As far as flipping his house - mine do it all the time - as well as other semi-destructive behavior. In your case, it may be because of the move and him needing to settle in, or, he could just be behaving as a chin does.

Guess it's most likely the move, but could he be bored? I didn't have Henry out last night, and he's been raising havoc, so I know what you mean, if they're annoyed about something they let you know (though they can be fairly destructive anyway, of course). Perhaps a few new toys would distract Cloud from turning the rest of his cage upside down.

Moving can be stressful on some chins, new environment, new smell and everything is in a box still. Give it some time for your chin to settle, just as us human have to settle after moving. Tunes gave some great advise to bolt things down.
As for the water bottle, my girls actually finds it fun to KILL the water bottle (it's outside the cage). They will actually take their sweet time to loose the metal bar and watch it fall, just last month they killed 4 water bottles. So now I got a glass one and the way it secures to the cage makes it impossible for kill mode with the girls (at least I'm hoping they can't break this one).
