I highly recommend ALL CREATURES CARE COTTAGE in Costa Mesa for anyone in L.A. or Orange County, California.

They have two very experience exotic vets... Dr. Chapman & Dr. De La Torre... who have had chinchillas of their own and deal with them daily! Amazing staff, too!!!! Love them!
