So today we received TWO packages in the mail for Daisy May and Pippin.

One was from Essentia, with our first package of Chin Salad. The girls got a little pinch. I wouldn't say they snarfed it, but they did like it. (Give them a break... a month ago they were eating guinea pig food! Gourmet pallets take time to develop. ;)) Chin cookies are being saved for another day... don't want upset tum-tums.

The other package was literally busting at the seams from Twilight Chins! A new hanging toy with more things hanging off of it than Liberace's jewlery rack, a wreath stuffed with sticks and hay and... stuff, a coconut stuffed with hay and tons of little do-dads and extras to use when the hanging toy gets a bit bare (that should take some time, considering how much is on there!). Oh and the cutest little name tages for the outside of their cage.

I must say, I have now used more than a few vendors who are members here. I have never been dissapointed. You all are making it way too fun, way too easy and way too tempting to keep spoiling my girls! Your love and passion for all the fuzz butts in the world comes through loud and clear in your work!

And now, of course... some pics!

Salad... served on our best chinny china!

Haha. I love the chinnie china.

As for the cookies, I have not yet a single chinchilla that didn't like them, so watch your fingers! :p

I am LOVING that toy.... was it custom made?

I guess you could say it was custom made. I told Christine my budget and that I wanted a little bit of everything and she made it!

You should see it this morning! They took all the skinny branches out (and peeled them quite nicely) and anything shread-able! Now they are asleep in their hidey... too much partying!!! ;)
