Is this Normal ?
Hi, I adopted a 2 year old chin from the local humane society a couple days ago. He is known as Oswald. I noticed something that I thought was poop stuck to his fur. I haven't been able to hold him much yet, we are still bonding. But, when I looked closer, I believe it is his penis. It doesn't...- Brandinn_and_Oswald
