Question regarding introducing two already bonded males to a third male.

Okay so a while back my male and female had their first baby, it was a male I named Joey (the mom and dad are Chandler and Monica). When monica had her second son, I kept her and the newborn together while the father and the other son stayed together. Knowing that keeping my female around with...

If I get my male baby fixed, can he live with Mom and Dad?

So would it be okay then to fix my male, and sell the baby?

If I get my male baby fixed, can he live with Mom and Dad?

i DO have an emergency cage, the starter one I got when I got my first one. If they were to start fighting in ten minutes I'd have a space to keep one for a short period of time. It's not a big cage so it's not something that could be permanent.

If I get my male baby fixed, can he live with Mom and Dad?

My only issue with seperating them is that I'm living with my parents for the time being and there really isn't a lot of room for a second cage. Not one big enough to happily house a chinchilla for any length of time anyways. I guess I'll just sell the baby.

If I get my male baby fixed, can he live with Mom and Dad?

I realize that keeping him with Mom can lead to both baby and pops breeding her. Is it absolutely necessary that I get rid of him, or can I keep him and have him fixed to keep them from breeding? Originally when I got my female I said if there were any babies I would sell them, but I just got...

Hey Guys, From Chris in Manitoba

Haha nice, well enjoy your stay. Does anybody know if it's normal for Mom not to be gnawing? She has plenty of wood, and she's pretty picky and doesn't like chewing on old wood so I've been giving her new ones, but she's paying them no attention.

Hey Guys, From Chris in Manitoba

Haha yeah it's a trip to go see him, but whatever. And thanks, Chandler got his name because Chandler the Chinchilla rolls off the tongue, and then I found Monica half price because the store didn't want to carry chinchillas anymore, so obviously she had to be Monica. Dad is seperated, he's...

    A little bit of advice?

My female gave birth to a male kit either yesterday or early today. I work weird hours so I've been away from home and my parents have been feeding the two of them. Tonight when I noticed the baby, I immediately seperated the mother and son (I think it's a male after looking up a couple of...

Hey Guys, From Chris in Manitoba

Hey Guys, just found this board after a google search on what steps I should take when a new chin is born. I didn't even know Monica was pregnant. ChanandMon is short for Chandler and Monica, my pair of Chinchillas. Just posting to say Hi, and see how active this forum is. :)
