My Chin Chinzia has her cage on the second floor of the house with windows all around to look out of. She is almost always looking out the windows from her cage when awake. Does anyone know how far a Chin can see?

My new A/C is pointed right in the cage and it never gets above 75, plus she is right in the cool air flow if she wants to be. It has worked fine for two months. Of course, my electric bill went up $200 a month!

Chinzia is a friendly chin who lets everyone scratch her face and neck and lets me pet her and jumps in my lap. She is wonderful.

I got Chinzia in January. The weather stays cool and everything was good. Now the weather can go up and make the room (the only one we can keep her in) go up to the 80's during the day. Is there anything I can put in her cage to keep her cool enough? Thanks.

Thanks for the help. Fleece sounds like it would be a mess to clean. Right now everything falls through the wire to a pan, which I line and is easy to clean. If she pees on fleece all the time, I guess you wash it alot?
