I was thinking that was the problem, because this brand has vegetables in it. Thank you! I"ll go order one of the brands you mentioned.

    Picky Eater.

I have the Carefresh Complete Menu food for my chin, but he's being really picky lately, and he'll just push aside the pellets. And I've been wondering if anyone knows a better brand, or something he won't be picky about, cause his cage is littered with that one pellet he picks out and it's...

    Help me please

    Bayside Animal Clinic.

Does anyone live in Queens New York? If so would you recommend Bayside Animal Clinic on Bell Boulevard? I've read mixed reviews, and heard it's a bit overpriced, but it's the only vet near me that treats chinchillas. So if anyone has been there, would you say it is worth the money?

    New Chin Owner.

We solved the problem. Her room is the coldest because she has 2 vents in her room, so we closed one of them, so that should do it.

    New Chin Owner.

Thank you so much. I would bring it down but my mother complains it's too cold, but i told her that he needs to be comfortable. I am also trying to save money to buy him a proper hideaway, and some chew toys. Today I bought him a sleeper hammock and a bathhouse.

    New Chin Owner.

I got him yesterday. He still isn't used to me, but he will come to my hand if I had a treat, and I only gave him 2 today, because I heard that was the most you should give a chinchilla. But he will eventually get used to me right? I was also wondering if 76 degrees is too hot for a chinchilla...
