I need names. Badly! But their personalities are starting to develop, so hopefully I'm closer to coming up with them. The Standard is more shy and LOVES to chew apple twigs; the Beige is much more outgoing and just flies all around the cage. More inquisitive too, the Standard kind of hangs...

I purchased 2 heavy stone tiles, 'chillers'. They are HEAVY. Can I just set them on 2 of the shelves?? Or should I put them on the floor? Don't want them to slide off and fall... although I can hardly imagine that happening, as they are so heavy... what's the best way to use those? Thanks...

Well, the cage has 6 really nice pine shelves, and a gorgeous set of Chicago Bears fleece, and some cool toys. It looks GREAT! Now I have to figure out where to put the wheel and it's done. Well, at least done for now. :thumbsup: I took some pics on my phone (can't find my camera dang it) and...

I have the FN 142 cage and am wondering about the middle "divider" shelf. Is there a good reason to leave it in? Take it out? I have a bunch of new shelves and ledges to put in, and am wondering if that shelf is more in the way than anything, or if I should leave it. Any opinions? I have 2...

Dusted! Ok, I put the dust bath in the cage, and left for half an hour. Wow. When I came back. . . well, it was quite obvious they used the dust! It was QUITE dusty in the cage :clap1: everywhere!! But that's ok, I am just glad that they (or at least one of them) got in there! Laurie

I was reading the Chin "must-haves" and one of the items on the list is "At least 2 types of safe, effective chews" Other than food, obviously, I have some hanging wood toys in the cage, as well as a variety of sticks and blocks of wood. I'm thinking that is only 1 "type"... wood. What else...
