I'd like to see pictures of your setup where you take your chin pictures (out of cage). Especially those of you who take pictures on a white surface w/ white background. Those pictures always look so great!

I've started using cardboard boxes. It was getting expensive to keep my grading table white using the plotter paper.

Interestingly enough the topic (brown paper) came up at the show this weekend while covering the tables. Gary Neubaer mentioned that brown paper makes the faults stand out over white paper, and true black is murder on them. Veeery interesting.

Lightboxes are good and all, but the quality of your light and camera can throw off the chin's color. I found that ebonies were extremely difficult to photograph.
