    Help! Indiana to germany!

I have recently come across the opportunity to move to Germany sometime in January. I am having trouble finding out how to take my baby boy with me. From what I have read so far, pygmy hedgies are allowed to be kept at pets, but now it is the part of getting him there & doing so safely that I...

    Awful smell/anointing

If I ever happen to have the problem of my little boy getting stuck from his mess, how should I fix that?

New "playful" or just weird behaviour?

Yeah, he's very well behaved. I was expecting & prepared for a mean hedgie before I got him. I'm glad his first mom new how to care for him & give him the attention he needs. He's a sweet little thing. I carry him in my hoodie pocket around the house & it's adorable. ^_^

    Awful smell/anointing

We do have dogs, which is probably where that smell came from, must have been a bit of one of their mess he picked up. As for the chicken treats go, it could have been that. They're the Full Moon 100% human grade treats. They're not bad tasting, a little dry, but odd. I guess I shouldn't eat...

    Awful smell/anointing

So, Rigby just got a bath yesterday, but I think after what I just found will lead to another scrub down. I believe I caught him during "boy time". I'm not sure, he was curled into a ball & practically vibrating. No big deal, it's "boy time" & that happens. However, a few minutes later, I...

    Help please!!!

I've currently got Rigby in my hoodie pocket, with a blanket on top of me & he's usually very comfortable there. Maybe your hedgie would also like a pocket to crawl through & sleep in. And! And it's awesome bc I can feel his tiny rise & falls of his body from breathing in my pocket. Anyway, it's...

New "playful" or just weird behaviour?

I think he may have just been playing with me. I'm just not sure. I'm not familiar with what actions are considered playful for a hedggie. He hasn't done it again since, but he seems pretty happy lately. He has a lot of energy recently as well. He runs all over his 2'x3' c&c cage & loves to run...

New "playful" or just weird behaviour?

so, today's hang out session went about normal. We lounged on the bed, Rigby, my baby boy of 7months was being his usual adventurous self. He likes to venture in & out of the blankets & sleep in my pocket. Idk if he just had a change of mood, or he was trying to play with his human (me). He...
