yes most chins love tv/radio, im not sure if they understand whats happening on the radio or if its just the lights and sound, but my chinchilla loves to watch tv, especially when my sister is watching phineas and ferb.

yes as far as I know a heartbeat means she is breathing. Besides its been a few hours since so I think shes all good on the breathing part.

no its completly normal if not better, your chin is used to her enviroment enough to let her guard down and sleep
