It seems to be spruce everywhere in local stores, I've just been unsure seeing as everyone seems to say spruce is bad. but I'm fairly certain that's whats in my cage already (got from the previous owner) and they've got a clear bill of health from the vet so I'm sure it's fine too.
One of mine was grinding her teeth after a trip to the vet for a general check up which included a check of her teeth. She was quite scared at the vet. and although happy to have me around when we got home I guess she was just a bit irritated by the vet trip. maybe yours is still nervous even...

What wood is everyone using?
I'm thinking to order some poplar timber boards as I can't find this white pine anywhere! Everyone says b&q, wickes etc should sell but that's actually redwood pine or spruce.
