I know all chins are different, but in general, do chinchillas enjoy human company? I can't tell if my chins do, or if they just like climbing on me. It seems most rodents don't particularly like humans, but are chinchillas different, or just braver and more inquisitive?

I just ordered a chin spin from QC. I ordered the 11 inch, but I'm now thinking that it may be too small... Should I cancel the order (if this is even possible) and get the 15 inch? Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

I am going to be away from home for a month this summer and can't bring my 2 chinchillas. I have someone that will come and give them food, water, dust baths, clean their cage, etc. but can't give them playtime. So, my 2 chins will be going without playtime for a month. I will probably be...

I have been taking the chins in the bathroom for playtime, but they are chewing everything they can! So if anyone has any suggestions for a playpen, tent, or anything that they can play in safely, it would be very appreciated! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I live in California, so these are all illegal :( -hedgehog -skunk -sugar gliders -ferrets -kinkajou There are some more wild animals that I would love to have, but I don't think they would be very good as pets. Some animals just aren't meant to be in captivity.

One of my chins, Zion, seems to be really affectionate. I've had my two chins for about a month, and he has bonded with me better than his brother. During play time, he will follow me around, jump up on me, sit on my lap for a little, and let me carry him around. Monday though, during play time...

Actually, now that I think about it, the chinchillas that I got were living amongst 10+ sugar gliders... do you think they could have picked the sound up from living with the gliders? That would be really interesting...
