you just put her in a new environment she needs to get use to it . Also chins in the wild line In rock crevices she naturally like that. its dark and safe for her . next time you let her out lower the light and leave her alone she will come out and start to look around .hope this helps.

when I in truced new chins to each other , I would keep them in separate cages but side by side for two months to make sure they got along . I would let them out together and supervise the play time and just see how they got along . if your not careful one can kill the other .

did you put them in a neutral cage , if not then the one who's cage it is will defend it . cuddling during the day is just a convenience to keep warm and also if one hears something the other doesn't they both will get up to see if trouble is coming .
