my chin loves my hair too! I have to do the same thing keeping it away from her during playtime!! :p

I was worried about this too, since my chinchilla has broken her leg. Usually I used to let her out everyday because I had read that was what you were supposed to do, but this really helps ease my mind keeping her in her cage during recovery!!

As my first post joining this forum I am going to introduce my chinchilla, Baby. She is a very sweet girl but loves to get in into trouble. As she has recently broken one of her front legs from a jumping accident. So for now she is stuck with a little cast for the next six weeks and it's so sad...
