I am looking to get Annie a shallow plastic litter pan to go in front of her wheel. Does anyone know of a pet store or online site that sells some? I've done some looking around, but can't find what I am looking for.

Go to the dollar store and get a plastic serving tray. I use both the trays and square melamine plates for litter trays. They work great and come in pretty colours and patterns.
 
I did use the aluminum pans, but my little digger kept making holes in the bottom of hers, so I went to plastic. Like Nancy said, you could try the plastic serving trays. They work well and are easy to clean.
 
I just use aluminum cookie sheets. I wipe them down with antibacterial soap and dry them well whenever I clean a cage, but at $1/each, they're cheap enough to toss when they get too destroyed or gross.
