Hello,
Im thinking of making my own cage for my hedgie, I looked at quite a few cages and some of them seem pretty small although some of them are big, I dont think they provide enough exercise room or living room, so im wondering what are the best supplies to make your cage, what is best for hedgehogs, what supplies are safe for hedgies, what products are unsafe.
any other information that can help me out would be great.

If you'd like to build one, I'd stongly suggest going with cubes and coroplast. The materials are relatively easy to find and work with, are lightweight (compared to something like glass or plexiglass), and won't harbor mites or soak up pee the way wood can.
