I recently bought National Geographic Timothy hay, it came with a hay topper and didn't specify ingredients other than dried rosehips wicth weren't in the hay. Anybody know if I can feed this to my chin?

Looking at the ingredients for the topper listed online, I would say no to the topper stuff. The topper would be better suited for a guinea pig or rabbit.
"Ingredients:
Hay: Sun cured Timothy Hay. Toppings: Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal, Wheat Middlings, Brewers Dried Yeast, Soybean Hulls, Dried Rose Hips, Oatmeal, Ground Dandelion Leaf, Ground Peppermint Leaf, Ground Raspberry Leaf, Ground Barley, Cane Molasses, Ground Wheat, Full Fat Flax Meal, Dried Kelp Meal, Ground Dehulled Sunflower Seeds, Wheat Germ Meal, Papaya Fruit Powder, Vegetable Oil, Yucca Schidigera Extract, Magnesium Oxide, Dicalcium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, L-Lysine, DL-Methionine, Dried Lactobacillus Acidophilus Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus Casei Fermentation Product, Dried Enterococcus Faecium Fermentation Product, Dried Bifidobacterium Bifidum Fermentation Product, L-Ascorbyl-2-Polyphosphate, Vitamin E Supplement, Niacin Supplement, Biotin, Beta Carotene, Zinc Methionine Complex, Manganese Methionine Complex, Copper Lysine Complex, Cobalt Glucoheptonate, Copper Sulfate, Iron Oxide, Cobalt Sulfate, Ferrous Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate, Ethylenediamine Dihydroiodide, Sodium Selenite "

If the extras aren't mixed into the hay then the hay is still fine for the chin though.
