No chins should not have any fruits, dried or not, they are too high in sugars. Too much sugar in the diet will lead health issues including diabetes and kidney failure. A small piece of a raisin or cranberry a few times a year isn't going to kill a chin, but could still cause diarrhea or other gut issues. I know a lot of people online say raisins are great, and have fed them for years with no (seen) issue, but it's cumulative. Kind of like someone saying they've smoked for years and are fine, so it must not cause issues.
Oats are ok, but in moderation, about one pinch (a few oats) a week. Also make sure the oats are the old fashion/slow cook kind not quick/minute/instant oats.

Other good treats are, rose hips, rose blossoms, a cheerio, a piece of a shredded wheat, or some herbs (like the ones sold on Fuzzies Kingdom). Just keep it limited to no more then one treat a day, as in one cheerio or one rose hip.
