Help, How to make a Carolina Storm Wheel

Can someone help me find some blueprints or instructions on how to make a carolina storm wheel? There are no pet shops in the philippines that makes these kind of wheels.. i have bought a flying saucer wheel but it was small and the petshop doesnt have any flying saucer wheel that is larger than what i bought :cry4: :cry4:

You can basically follow any DIY bucket wheel instructions and tailor them to the cake pan design. You can also use large buckets, if you can find them.
