Mocha has been begging at the cage a lot lately even when I'm not in front of the cage. I feel that something is wrong but examining his poop, drinking and eating, everything is normal.

I noticed one of his testicle looks collapsed or disappeared & his feet has this white area. I took a picture because I'm not sure if this is normal or not. His cage (ferret nation) is lined with fleece.

The testicle may just be up inside. They aren't always down where you can see/feel them, but they are still there. The outside is just the sac, the testicle itself is up inside.

The foot looks okay, maybe a little red, but not like bumblefoot or anything. You might want to put a bit of bag balm or some liquid vitamin E on it just so it doesn't dry out and progress from there, but right now it just looks more like he used it a lot running on a wheel or something.
