My hedgehog loves to eat chicken. He got in some cooked chicken once but it was cooled down and all, and just chowed it (it wasn't a crapload though). Is it ok for him to eat chicken? What about ground turkey if I cook it? I have some and most likely won't eat much. If so what should I make sure of? I'm guessing it should be room temp, no salt, no oils etc, and not too often? any advice on this or any other meats or vegetables he might like?

Cooked, unseasoned turkey or chicken are fine. Let them cool after cooking and cut into hedgehog friendly/bite size pieces.

For fruits and vegetables, look through the diet section and you'll find some ideas of what others have liked. You can also look at this link: http://www.chins-n-hedgies.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13961 There are other foods that can be fed that are not on that list, those are some of the most popular though.
