What do you use to clean your cage and why?

I personally use vinegar because it seems to clean well and is safe for the animals.

I use about 1/3 water to 2/3 vinegar. Rough estimate, though.
I like it because it works, and once it dries on tile it turns the pee stains (yellow/brown) to a white color. Less noticeable in the end, which is very nice!

I also use vinegar and water I just eye ball the measurement. I also use sand paper on the shelves.

I use straight peroxide. It cleans well and will bleach the stains without leaving a harmful residue or a smell since when exposed to the air, it breaks sown into water.

I clean my pans and fleece with vinegar diluted in water.

Wood gets the Hydrogen peroxide treatment and sanding.

Water bottles/ ceramic food dishes get hot soapy water. I also boil water bottles about once a month.
