i found a little treat my girls LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is a pinch of un cooked unflavored oatmeal, some crushed cornflakes(no sugar on them), and some cherrios... i put maby 3 broke cherrieos in there and sprinkled some hay dust. my girls r loving it.:bump1:

No corn flakes, corn does not digest well in the chinchilla intestinal tract and can cause bloat.

Agreed, no corn. Oatmeal and cheerios are fine, though.

and the oatmeal should NOT be the quick cook kind. you want 'old fashioned' oats.
