cake walk

So I ordered a cake walk wheel back in December, before all the drama came to light and I was wondering if anyone has had experience trying to get a refund. I started a claim with paypal, but I'm pretty sure it was outside the 45 day window, and the proprietor of the website was impossible to get a hold of even in January when I tried to inquire about the status of my order. Now it's months later and I just remembered that I never got my refund and I was hoping someone here would have some insight.

I received my CWS back before the mess began. Sorry you're still waiting. Seems like no one's heard from him in awhile. You *may* have some recourse through your credit card company if you used a credit card. Else I'm thinking the best you can do at this point is small claims court
